Yes, we will do our best to accommodate your specific delivery requests. Please email us at orders@premiercatch.com as soon as you place your order and include your order number and desired date. As long as your order has not begun fulfillment, we will be happy to schedule it for you.
Yes, in addition to our Free Standard Shipping we offer 2-Day Express Shipping ($45) and Standard Overnight Shipping ($60) on business days. You may make this selection at checkout. Please click here for more detailed information and timelines.
All shipments are packed to handle three days in transit, so all orders are delivered 1-3 days after shipping.
Unfortunately, late carrier deliveries are completely out of our control. In the event that your shipment is significantly delayed or arrives thawed or damaged, we are happy to work out a solution with you. Please contact us ASAP via email at orders@premiercatch.com and include a photo of any defrosted or damaged product.
- Due to the perishable nature of our product it is the responsibility of the customer to track and retrieve their order once delivered. We guarantee delivery to the address provided when the order is placed/shipped and when retrieved on the guaranteed delivery date shown on the tracking information. If you have not received your package and your tracking information shows delivered, please contact us immediately at info@premiercatch.com.
- Due to the perishable nature of our product, we cannot guarantee the delivery if the address is incorrectly entered, if a change of address isn’t updated prior to the shipment date, if an address is altered while in transit or if you are unable to retrieve the order on the guaranteed delivery date and did not notify us prior to shipment.
- Due to the perishable nature of our product, Premier Catch is not liable for deliveries made to package rooms, reception desks/rooms or lockers. If such delivery is made there, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to retrieve the package as soon as possible.
- When placing your order, please enter your shipping address carefully to ensure accuracy and review your order confirmation email/account for any errors. If you enter the shipping address incorrectly when the order is placed, please email our support team at info@premiercatch.com immediately for correction.
Premier Catch is dedicated to providing you with high quality seafood. If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will replace your product or refund your money, whichever you prefer.

*If you are requesting a replacement or refund due to quality of the product, a photograph would be helpful so we can see first hand the issue and work to correct it so it doesn't happen in the future.
