Directions
Thaw phyllo dough sheets on a cooking sheet for 30 minutes prior to this recipe.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Lay three sheets of phyllo dough on a cutting board and cut 24 even squares.
Chop brie into 24 bite-size pieces.
Fill a mini muffin tin with the phyllo squares, carefully pressing each one in.
Add a bite of brie to each. Top each one with a small spoonful of cranberry sauce, Dungeness crab meat, and chopped pecans.
Bake for 12-15 minutes at 375 or until the phyllo dough is golden and crispy.
Remove from oven and garnish with fresh rosemary.
Serve and enjoy!
