Lightly toss spot prawns in olive oil and toss in the spice mix.
Preheat grill or the stovetop to medium high heat and cook the prawns for 2 minutes per side.
To assemble the bowls, start with a base of rice and greens and top with shredded cabbage, black beans, tomatoes, avocado, Mexican cheese, green onions, and a dressing of your choice.
