Ingredients

4 x 8oz Wild Alaska King Salmon
1 cup brown sugar
¼ cup soy sauce
juice of 1 lime
3 cloves minced garlic
salt and pepper
rosemary to garnish
pomegranate seeds to garnish

Directions

Thaw salmon filets and pat dry.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In a small bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, soy sauce, lime juice, and minced garlic until it forms a glaze.
Brush the glaze on the salmon filets. Season with salt and pepper. Let marinate for 15 minutes or up to 1 hour.
Bake salmon for 10 minutes.
Garnish with fresh rosemary and pomegranate.
