Directions
Thaw Dungeness crab meat.
Whisk an egg in a medium bowl and add mayonnaise, lemon juice, Parmesan cheese, spices, and green onions. Mix until well combined.
Gently fold crab meat and bread crumbs in.
Add more bread crumbs to a plate. Scoop the crab mixture into 16 round balls. Roll each one in the bread crumbs.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat.
Fry the poppers for 2 minutes per side, until golden and crispy.
Serve with sauces of your choice and enjoy!
