Directions
Thaw salmon, remove skin, and cut into 1/2" pieces.
In a bowl, mix Japanese mayo, sriracha mayo, sweet chili sauce, and toasted sesame oil.
Add salmon to the bowl with sauce stir until covered. Optional: add diced green onions to the poke.
To assemble the bowl, add rice to the base and top with salmon, pineapple, carrots, green onion, and avocado.
Optional: season with furikake and enjoy with soy sauce.
