1 can Premier Catch Canned Albacore Tuna
1-2 tbsp light Mayo
1 tsbp Dijon mustard
¼ cup diced red onion
3-5 pickles, diced
salt & pepper
2 slices sourdough bread
2 tbsp red pesto
1 Roma tomato, sliced
½ avocado, sliced
Cholula hot sauce
Drain tuna and add to a bowl. Mix in light mayo, Dijon mustard, diced red onion, pickles, salt and pepper until well combined.
On sourdough bread, layer red pesto, tuna salad, sliced tomato, sliced avocado, and cholula hot sauce.
Grill in a skillet or panini press until golden and crispy.
