Ingredients

2 x 8oz Wild Alaskan King Salmon

2 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp soy sauce

2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

½ tbsp honey
-
2 cloves minced garlic

1 tsp red pepper flakes

salt & pepper

4 peaches or nectarines
Directions
Preheat grill to 425 degrees.
In a small bowl, mix together the marinade. ingredients.
Cube the salmon and marinate for 30 minutes.
Slice the peaches into 1” pieces.
Slide the salmon and peaches on skewers.
Grill for 10-14 minutes or until cooked through, turning skewers halfway.
Serve with bread or salad. Enjoy!
