Mediterranean Salad:

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

¼ cup diced red onion

¼ cup capers

2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

¼ cup olive oil

2 tbsp red wine vinegar

salt & pepper

To serve:
Directions
Thaw salmon and pat dry. Season with salt & pepper.
Preheat grill to medium high heat.
When grill is hot, grill salmon for 6-8 minutes.
While the salmon cooks, prepare the mediterranean salad by adding the ingredients to a bowl and tossing together.
To serve, top salon with the mediterranean salad and crumble feta cheese on top.
