Ingredients

8oz Wild Alaskan Sockeye Salmon

garlic salt and pepper

lemon juice + slices of lemon to garnish
Bowl:

greens of choice
-
¼ cup chopped cucumber

¼ cup cherry tomatoes, halved

2 tbsp hummus
-
2 tbsp tzatziki
-
2 tbsp sliced or diced red onion
-
crumbled feta cheese
-
sliced avocado
Dressing:
-
lemon + EVOO or additional tzatziki
Directions
Thaw salmon and pat dry.
Preheat air fryer or oven to 400 degrees.
Place salmon on foil and season with garlic salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
Air fry for 6-7 minutes at 400 degrees.
Bowl Assembly:
Start with a base of greens and add salmon, chopped tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion, avocado, tzatziki, hummus, and feta cheese.
For a dressing, mix together fresh lemon juice with extra virgin olive oil or opt for additional tzatziki.
