Directions
To make the burgers, add the ground salmon meat, breadcrumbs, eggs, honey, garlic powder, chili powder, feta cheese, chopped spinach, salt and pepper to a large bowl. Gently fold until well combined.
Once well mixed, form the mix into 4 - 6 burgers.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Cook the burgers for 3-5 minutes per side.
To make the homemade tzatziki sauce, combine the ingredients in a small bowl and mix until well combined.
To assemble the burgers, layer toasted buns with the homemade tzatziki sauce, burgers, and arugula. Add the top bun.
