2 x 8oz portions of Wild Alaska Cod
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon oregano
salt and pepper to taste
Romaine lettuce, chopped
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
3 radishes, sliced
Ranch dressing
Optional: avocado or guacamole
Thaw and pat the cod fillets dry.
Preheat the oven or air fryer to 350 degrees.
Mix spices in a bowl and rub on both sides of the cod. Set aside to marinade for 15 minutes.
Chop romaine, tomatoes, and radish in a bowl. Mix and toss with ranch before serving.
Bake or air fry the cod fillets for about 10 minutes, until the fish flakes apart.
Top the salad with cod and serve with avocado or guacamole.
