2 x 8oz portions of Wild Alaskan King Salmon
Asian Bali marinade from Met Market (can use any asian marinade)
Bamboo skewer sticks
Furikake Seasoning
Chopped green onions
Remove the skin from the salmon fillets and chop into one inch cubes.
Marinade in the Asian Bali marinade for 30 minutes up to 2 hours.
While the salmon is marinating, soak the skewers in water to eliminate splinters.
Preheat oven to broil or 500 degrees.
Once the salmon is marinated, thread onto skewer sticks.
Place skewers in broiler for 10 minutes or until cooked through.
Sprinkle furikake seasoning and chopped green onions over the skewers.
Serve and enjoy!
