Directions
Thaw coho salmon meat.
Preheat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Sautée ground salmon meat with taco seasoning for about 5 minutes or until cooked through.
Assemble the tacos with cabbage slaw, salmon meat, sliced radish, cilantro, avocado, and a drizzle of sriracha ranch.
