Ingredients
Salmon:

4 x 6oz Wild Alaskan Sockeye Salmon

2 tsp chili powder
-
1 tsp cumin powder
-
salt & pepper
Creamy Slaw:
-
3 cups coleslaw mix
-
¼ cup mayonnaise
-
2 tbsp lime juice
-
2 tsp+ honey
-
¼ cup chopped cilantro
-
salt and pepper
Tacos:
-
Corn tortillas
-
Cojita cheese
-
Radish, thinly sliced
-
Chopped cilantro
Directions
Slaw:
In a large bowl, combine slaw mix with mayo, lime juice, honey, salt, pepper, and cilantro. Set aside while the salmon cooks.
Salmon:
Mix seasonings together and rub onto thawed salmon filets.
Air-fry for 6 to 7 minutes at 400 degrees.
Assembling Tacos:
Lightly toast corn tortillas.
Fill with slaw, flaked salmon, cojita cheese, radish slices, and top with cilantro.
Serve and enjoy!
