Directions
In a medium bowl, combine the strained tuna, mayonnaise, Dijon, minced garlic, eggs, kosher salt, black pepper, and green onions.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Scoop the tuna mixture into four balls and flatten into a patty shape.
Fry the cakes for 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown. You may have to fry in two batches.
Serve with sauce of choice (Tzatziki pictured here).
