Ingredients

6oz sockeye salmon

¼ cup coconut aminos or tamari

½ tsp toasted sesame oil

1 cup cauliflower rice or white or brown rice

mixed greens
-
½ avocado, chopped
-
seaweed salad
-
cucumber, thinly sliced

optional: fresh crab or crab salad

furikake seasoning
Directions
Thaw salmon and chop into small cubes.
Toss salmon in coconut aminos and toasted sesame oil. Let it sit in the fridge for 15-30 minutes.
In a poke bowl, assemble greens and rice of choice as the base. Add the salmon and toppings of your choice.
Enjoy immediately!
