Directions
Thaw smoked salmon.
In a small bowl, mash avocado and add salt, pepper, and lemon juice to taste.
Toast sourdough bread in a toaster or skillet.
Spread mashed avocado over the toasted bread.
Add smoked salmon and cherry tomatoes to the toast.
Sprinkle cotija cheese and drizzle hot honey over the top.
