Directions
Place a sheet of seaweed paper on a sushi rolling mat.
Wet finger tips and gently pat sushi rice on the seaweed paper.
Add sliced cucumber, cream cheese, and smoked salmon about an inch away from the top of the seaweed paper.
Roll up the sushi slowly.
Remove the bamboo mat and slice into six pieces.
