Directions
Sautée minced garlic and olive oil in a skillet over medium heat for 1-2 minutes.
Add spot prawns and sautée for 2 minutes per side.
Cook angel hair pasta according to package. When straining the cooked pasta, use a cup to collect some of the salted pasta water.
Toss the angel hair and about ¼ cup of the pasta water to the pan. Toss together with the prawns and garlic.
Squeeze a lemon on top. Add additional salt and pepper if desired.
Serve and enjoy!
