Directions
Thaw spot prawns, peel, and pat dry.
In a skillet over medium-high heat, sautée the spot prawns in olive oil for 2 minutes per side. Set aside and allow to cool.
To assemble the bowl, begin with a base of white rice, top it with cabbage, cucumber, diced mango, pickled onions, and the spot prawns.
Top with a drizzle of sriracha mayo and black sesame seeds.
