Directions
Sautée minced garlic in olive oil over medium heat for 1-2 minutes.
Add ground coho salmon meat and pour ½ cup teriyaki sauce over the top. Cook for 5 minutes or until cooked through.
To assemble the lettuce cups, add white rice, ground salmon, diced avocado, and green onions to each piece of butter lettuce.
Garnish with sriracha mayo and jalapeño.
Serve with soy sauce and enjoy!
