Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Add a block of Boursin to a 9x13 inch baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, and red pepper flakes.
Bake for 30 minutes or until tomatoes are soft.
While the cheese bakes, heat water in a large pot and cook pasta according to the directions on the package. Reserve ½ cup of the pasta water.
In a skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil and sautée the gulf shrimp for 2 minutes per side. Season with salt and pepper.
Once the cheese and tomatoes are ready, toss the pasta and the water in and stir it all together. Sprinkle with fresh basil and Parmesan cheese.
Top the pasta with prawns.
Serve and enjoy!
Recipe Note
This Tomato Basil Boursin Pasta pairs beautifully with Gulf Shrimp, but you can also elevate the dish with Wild Alaska spot prawns for a delicious twist!
