Directions
Drain the liquid from the tuna cans. In a bowl, mix together tuna, mayonnaise, diced celery, diced red onion, herbs, Dijon mustard, salt and pepper until well combined.
Arrange two slices of sourdough on a plate. Spread pesto over one side. Top with spinach, tuna salad, provolone cheese, and avocado. Add the second piece of bread.
Using a panini press or skillet, lightly heat some olive oil and cook the sandwich for 5 minutes.
Serve and enjoy!
