A refreshing twist on the classic, these tuna salad sandwiches swap bread for crisp cucumber slices. Packed with protein-rich tuna, creamy mayo, and tangy mustard, they're light, gluten-free, and perfect for snacks or appetizers.
Premier Catch Canned Tuna
¼ cup mayo or plain Greek yogurt
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 celery stalk, diced
1 pickle, diced
1 tbsp green onions, chopped
cucumber, sliced
salt and pepper
Strain tuna and add to a medium sized bowl.
Add all of the ingredients to the tuna and mix until well combined.
Slice the cucumber into bite-sized rounds.
Scoop some tuna salad on each cucumber and then top with another slice of cucumber.
