Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Pull out center of rolls, place in baking dish.
Gently chop crab meat.
Combine mayonnaise, crème fraiche, chives, celery, Old Bay seasoning and lemon juice in medium size bowl until mixed.
Gently fold in the crab meat.
Brush melted butter over rolls and then fill with crab mixture. Sprinkle a little more Old Bay seasoning on top and extra chives if desired.
Bake at 350 for 10 min and serve warm - they will be gone instantly!
